The Taylor Monoplane and Titch were high on the list for homebuilding - the prototype indeed being built in a home.

Jabiru power has made it to the Mono

I did favour the Mono because of the lower power/wing loading etc, but when I tried one on for size, I had trouble getting my shoulders in! Vey tight in width but right in length, I put it down to rugby - seems It’s not only aircraft…
